4. Payment and Refunds

• Payments for all products are processed via “Stripe”, or “Paypal”.

• Due to the nature of the products being digital files, once the download link or files are made available to the buyer, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.

• In accordance with German law, the buyer acknowledges that by purchasing a digital product, they forfeit their right to a refund once the download files have been provided. This is in compliance with the statutory exceptions for digital content as set forth in the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB), particularly § 356(5), which excludes the right of withdrawal for contracts related to digital content provided in a non-tangible format.
